Manner of representation

The members of the association’s management board are authorised to represent the association and to grant powers of attorney, both externally and in internal relations, provided that the joint action of at least two persons is required. For the validity of legal transactions exceeding the scope of ordinary management, performed by the persons indicated above, resulting in the acquisition or disposal of a right or the incurring of an obligation on behalf of the association, a prior resolution of the Management Board of the association is required. Declarations addressed to the association may be addressed to the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson.
