Manner of representation

When entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making declarations of will in all property matters of the association, joint action and the signatures of two authorized persons are required. The authorized persons are: a) in the provincial management board – the President/Vice-President, the treasurer or the secretary; b) in the district management board – the chairperson and the treasurer; c) in the social committee – the chairperson and the treasurer. The President of the Management Board independently, without separate authorization granted by the management board, makes financial decisions up to 2,000.00 zlotys. For the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President or the secretary is required.
