Manner of representation

§ 29(1) of the Statutes: FSNT-NOT is represented and declarations of will are made in the scope of property rights and obligations concerning the property of FSNT-NOT, including the incurring of property obligations, subject to § 47, by: 1) two members of the General Board acting jointly; 2) other persons, including members of the management boards of organisational units without legal personality, acting individually or jointly, within the scope specified in an attorney-in-fact instrument granted by the General Board, taking into account the relevant provisions of the regulations of the General Board. § 36(7) of the Statutes: For making declarations of will in the scope of property rights and obligations concerning the property of a territorial organisational unit having legal personality, including the incurring of property obligations, subject to § 47, two members of its management board acting jointly are authorised. The management board of a territorial organisational unit may grant another person or persons a general power of attorney, a power of attorney for acts of a specified type or a power of attorney for an individual act.
