Manner of representation

The Chairman of the union represents the union externally. The Chairman of the union is authorised to incur liabilities on behalf of the union independently within the scope of ordinary management, or jointly, two members of the presidium of the management board of the union. The presidium of the trade union or the Chairman of the union in accordance with the provision above is authorised to make declarations of will in property matters. Joint action is required to make declarations of will resulting in the disposal of property exceeding, in a single transaction, an amount equal to 10 times the average monthly remuneration in the enterprise sector excluding payments of bonuses from profit, as announced by the President of the Central Statistical Office, in the year preceding the transaction: - the Chairman of the union and one member of the presidium of the management board of the union, or; - three members of the presidium of the management board of the union.
