The conclusion of agreements, the granting of powers of attorney and the submission of declarations of will in all property matters, subject to § 16 sections 2 and 4, require joint action and the signatures of two persons authorised by a resolution of the management board of the association. 4. The Director may submit declarations of will and incur obligations on behalf of the association within the limits of the authorisation determined by the management board of the association. In property matters exceeding the amount specified in the power of attorney for independent action, the Director submits declarations of will acting jointly with a member of the management board of the association.
