Manner of representation

The National Committee elects from among its members a Presidium consisting of at least 3 persons, including the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary, who have the right to represent the Association externally, subject to the provisions of § 27(1) of the Articles of Association. A member of the Presidium may appoint attorneys-in-fact to represent externally, without the right to grant further powers of attorney. For a power of attorney to be valid, it must be granted in writing. For the validity of declarations of will made within the scope of the property rights and obligations of NFOZ committees, the signatures of two members of the Presidium of the relevant-level NFOZ committee, or of a member of that Presidium and an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of that Presidium and entered in the relevant National Court Register, are required.
