Manner of representation

1. For agreements and documents concerning the union's property rights and obligations, the signatures of two persons from among the following are required: the President, Vice-Presidents, or other members of the management board authorised by the provincial management board. 2. For the validity of agreements, declarations of will, letters and other obligations up to PLN 10,000, the signature of the Office Director is sufficient. 3. For representing the union externally in other matters, the President of the Management Board, the Vice-Presidents, the Office Director or another member of the provincial management board authorised by a resolution of the management board is authorised. 4. In agreements between the union and a member of the management board, and in disputes with such member, the union is represented by a member of the internal supervisory body, i.e. the Audit Committee, designated by a resolution of that body.
