Manner of representation

The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally. Contracts, deeds and the President of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Management Board represents the volunteer fire brigade externally, particularly before: common courts, government administration authorities and local government authorities. The President directs the entirety of the work of the management board. Contracts, deeds, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President or the Vice-President together with the treasurer.
