Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will in property matters falling within the competence of the management board may be made by the Chairperson of the association’s management board or the Vice-Chairperson of the management board and a member of the management board acting jointly. 2. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of property, and in particular in matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting of the association’s delegates or of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the association’s delegates is required. 3. The association may be represented before employers, state authorities or local government authorities by the Chairperson of the association’s management board or by two members of the management board, including the Vice-Chairperson, acting jointly.
