Manner of representation

1. Agreements, deeds, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or the Vice-President together with the treasurer. 2. Documents other than those referred to in paragraph 1 may be signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or the Vice-President together with another member of the management board. 3. Documents related to actions, training and exercises conducted under the principles referred to in the Act of 24 August 1991 on fire protection (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 191, consolidated text), and not having the characteristics referred to in paragraph 1, may be signed by the Chief of the volunteer fire brigade or the Deputy Chief.
