Manner of representation

§ 65 of the Articles of Association: 1. To make declarations of will on behalf of the club concerning its property rights and obligations, including incurring obligations, and concerning matters arising from the employment relationship, the signatures of two members of the management board acting jointly, including the President or the Vice-President, are required. 2. Each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the club in non-property matters and to accept declarations.
