Manner of representation
To submit declarations of will in the name of the chamber, the signatures of two members of the management board are required, namely the President and Vice-President, or the President together with a member of the management board authorised by the management board, or the Vice-President together with a member of the management board authorised by the management board. Note: if two Vice-Presidents are appointed, the two members of the management board are selected from among the President and the two Vice-Presidents.
