Manner of representation

1. The President and the Secretary of the association’s management board are authorised to submit declarations of will in property matters. 2. The joint action of two persons is required to submit declarations of will. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of fixed assets, the President and the Secretary of NSZZ submit declarations of will on the basis of authorisation from the management board. 4. The management board may appoint an attorney-in-fact to submit the declarations of will referred to in points 1 and 3 jointly with the President or the Secretary.
