Manner of representation

In general, property and financial matters, the club is represented by the Club President; in sports matters, by the President for Sports, responsible for the proper expenditure of funds designated for statutory purposes; and in business matters, by the Director, responsible for securing funds for planned expenditure. Contracts and letters concerning property and financial obligations are signed by the Club President, depending on the type of matter, respectively by the President for Sports or the Director, and, as the second person, by the chief accountant. Other letters may be signed individually by the Club President and, depending on the type of matter, by the President for Sports or the Secretary, or by the Director.
