Manner of representation

Declarations of will concerning the property rights and obligations of ZP RYB are made by placing a signature under the stamp of ZP RYB: by the President independently, or by one member of the Presidium of the management board and one member of the management board acting simultaneously. In matters not requiring the submission of a declaration of will concerning property matters, ZP RYB is represented and speaks on its behalf by the President, and in their absence, pursuant to § 18 point 4, by the Vice-President, and within the scope specified by the management board, also by the other members of the management board. In exceptional situations, the management board may also authorise another member of the association to do so.
