Manner of representation

1. For the validity of declarations, financial and property obligations, the signatures of two persons are required: those of the President and treasurer, or, on the basis of authorisation, those of the President’s other member of the management board and the treasurer, together with the imprint of the brotherhood’s seal. 2. For the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President or, in the event of the President’s absence, the Vice-President, together with the imprint of the brotherhood’s seal, is required.
