Manner of representation
The President directs the entirety of the work of the management board and represents the volunteer fire brigade externally. Agreements, instruments, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President, or by one of the Vice-Presidents together with the treasurer. The Commander of the volunteer fire brigade directs the rescue and firefighting subunits independently, in the form of orders and instructions, in accordance with the regulations applicable in this respect.
