Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board acting jointly with the Vice-President of the Management Board or another member of the management board, or the Vice-President of the Management Board acting jointly with the President of the Management Board or another member of the management board, is authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the Association. The collegial management board of the Association is authorised to dispose of the Association’s movable and current assets, whereby the required signatures on documents are affixed by two of the three authorised members of the management board, mandatorily including the President or the Vice-President.
