Wspólnota Robocza Związków Organizacji Społecznych (WRZOS) is an association of associations and other legal entities. It works to professionalize aid activities in Poland while following principles of tolerance, equality, and openness. It publishes materials on the deinstitutionalization of social services and holds work meetings on partnership and public policies.

Manner of representation
The President independently, or two members of the management board acting jointly, are authorised to submit declarations of will in property and non-property matters on behalf of WRZOS. For declarations concerning non-property rights and obligations of WRZOS in the area of granting powers of attorney and recommendations to be valid, the signature of the President or one of the Vice-Presidents is required. The Director of WRZOS may represent the union within the scope of ordinary management, also in property matters, within the scope of an authorisation granted by the management board specifying the upper limit of obligations that may be undertaken by the Director. This limit may not exceed PLN 25,000.00.
