1. For the validity of declarations concerning the club’s property rights and obligations and on financial documents, joint action by two members of the management board acting jointly is required: the President with the Secretary or with the treasurer, and additionally the Vice-President Director of the management board’s office authorised by the President with the treasurer or with the Secretary. 2. For the validity of other documents and writings, the signature of the President or of one Vice-President authorised by the President, as well as the imprints of the club’s seal and the personal seal, are required.
