Manner of representation

1. The union council is authorised to act on behalf of the union with regard to assuming obligations, concluding agreements with a net value exceeding PLN 50,000, signing the union’s financial documents and providing legal representation, provided that two persons jointly act from among the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary and treasurer. 2. In matters other than those indicated in section 1, the Chairperson of the union council is authorised to act on behalf of the union independently, or another member of the union council authorised by the Chairperson.
