Manner of representation

The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs all the work of the management board. Two members of the management board acting simultaneously are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade concerning the incurring of financial liabilities and to sign financial and banking documents under the official seal of the volunteer fire brigade, including the President, or the Vice-President together with the treasurer or another member of the management board performing the duties of treasurer. All other documents or external correspondence under the seal are signed by the President or the Vice-President.
