Manner of representation

The method of representing the association and incurring property liabilities is specified in § 18 point 1 and § 21 sections 1 and 3 of the articles of association. § 18 point 1. 1. The competences of the management board include managing the activities of the association and representing it externally. § 21. 1. A declaration of will on behalf of the association may be submitted by two members of the main management board, one of whom is the President, Vice-President or treasurer. 3. A declaration of will in matters within the scope of ordinary management is submitted by the President, Vice-President or treasurer of the main management board, or by an attorney-in-fact on the basis of a general power of attorney granted by the management board.
