Manner of representation

The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the work of the management board. Contracts, deeds, powers of attorney and financial documents are signed on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade by the President independently, or jointly by the Vice-President together with the treasurer. In cases where a separate provision requires a countersignature, the documents specified in section 1 shall also be signed by the treasurer.
