Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will in the name and on behalf of the Society for Universal Knowledge in financial and non-financial matters at the respective organizational level shall be made: 1) within the scope of activity of the Main Management Board, subject to paragraph 2: by the President or Vice-President of the Main Management Board and the General Director acting jointly, or, in place of the General Director, by another member of that management board authorized by a resolution of the Main Management Board. 2. The authority to represent referred to in paragraph 1 point 1 applies exclusively to forms of activity conducted by the Main Management Board in its own name and for its own account. The Main Management Board may not incur any financial or non-financial liabilities in the name of a regional branch possessing legal personality without the express authorization of the regional branch.
