Manner of representation

The following are authorised to represent the union before state and local-government authorities, judicial authorities, political, social and economic organisations, and other domestic and foreign organisations: 1) the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the National Management Board; 2) members of the union's authorities, within the limits specified in the authorisation granted by the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson of the National Management Board. Two members of the National Management Board acting jointly are authorised to make declarations of will in property matters on behalf of the entire union; two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the management board of local units.
