Manner of representation

1. The management board represents the association externally. 2. Incurring obligations on behalf of the association, including property obligations, requires the signatures of two members of the management board, including the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson. 3. For submitting declarations of will that do not result in the incurring of property obligations, the signature of the Chairperson of the management board or the joint signatures of the Vice-Chairperson of the management board and another member of the management board are required. 4. At least two members of the management board, including the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson, may grant, in writing, an attorney-in-fact authority to represent the interests of the association. This power of attorney may be revoked at any time by requesting the attorney-in-fact to return the original thereof. 5. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the Audit Committee indicated in a resolution of that body or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting of Members.
