Manner of representation

1. The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary of the inter-company trade union’s management board, or other persons authorised by the trade union’s management board within the limits of the power of attorney granted to them, are authorised to submit declarations of will in property matters. 2. The joint action of two persons is required to submit declarations of will, unless the power of attorney provides otherwise. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or permanent liquidation of fixed assets, the consent of the inter-company trade union’s management board is required.
