Manner of representation

1. In matters not involving the incurring of property rights and obligations, the Lublin Judo Association is represented externally independently by the President of the Management Board, or by the two remaining members of the management board acting jointly. 2. The President of the Management Board independently, or the two remaining members of the management board acting jointly, are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning property rights and obligations with a value not exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys). 3. For making declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning property rights and obligations with a value exceeding PLN 10,000.00 (ten thousand zlotys), joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or Vice-President of the Management Board, is required.
