Manner of representation

The President represents the volunteer fire brigade externally and directs the entirety of the work of the management board and the entirety of the work of the members of the volunteer fire brigade. In representing the volunteer fire brigade and directing the work of the management board and the work of the members of the volunteer fire brigade, the President may be replaced by the Vice-President. The signatures of two arbitrary persons from among the following persons are required for concluding agreements, granting powers of attorney and making other declarations of will in property matters: the President, the Chief, the Vice-President and the treasurer. The President and the Vice-President are authorised to represent the volunteer fire brigade in matters not related to incurring property liabilities, including signing documents and all applications and statements, each of them independently. The treasurer is authorised to submit applications on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade in the volunteer fire brigade’s financial matters and to acknowledge receipt of all amounts due to the volunteer fire brigade.
