Manner of representation

The Brotherhood is represented by the Elder or – in his replacement – the Deputy Elder. Declarations of will, insofar as they result from a resolution of the General Meeting, are made by two members of the management board acting simultaneously, including the President or – in his replacement – the Vice-President, and one of the remaining members of the management board. The validity of letters and documents concerning the financial affairs of the Brotherhood requires the simultaneous signatures of the President or – in his replacement – the Vice-President, the treasurer and the secretary or the secretary’s deputy. Bank instructions are made with the signatures of the President and the treasurer, and in the absence of the President, with the signature of another member of the management board designated by him.
