Manner of representation

For entering into agreements, granting powers of attorney and making declarations of will, in particular in property-related matters, the signatures of two members of the SKŻW Council are required: the Chairperson and the treasurer, the Vice-Chairperson and the treasurer, or the Secretary and the treasurer. In special situations (the treasurer's prolonged absence), the Second Vice-Chairperson may sign in place of the treasurer. The treasurer is authorized to withdraw money independently up to the equivalent of EUR 400 (in words: four hundred euros).
