Manner of representation

Each member of the management board independently represents the association externally; each member of the management board has the right to independently submit declarations of will and incur civil-law, business and property obligations within the scope set out in a resolution of the management board issued for a given circumstance or act. A resolution of the management board is valid when it is signed by at least two members of the management board; a declaration of will or an obligation of a civil-law, business or property nature signed by at least two members of the management board becomes binding; in business, financial and property matters not exceeding PLN 10,000.00 in a single transaction (in words: ten thousand zlotys), each member of the management board has the right to independently submit declarations of will and incur obligations.
