Manner of representation

Declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made by the President and the Vice-President of the management board, each of them independently, or jointly by two members of the management board, or by a member of the management board together with a commercial proxy. The President of the management board may authorize a member of the management board in writing, under pain of invalidity, to represent the foundation independently. This authorization may be granted for the performance of one act or under a general authorization.
