Manner of representation

1. Declarations in property matters of the PTO are made by two persons: the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson of the Main Management Board and the treasurer of the Main Management Board. 2. In matters related to incurring property obligations not exceeding PLN 5,000 (five thousand zloty), declarations of will on behalf of the PTO may be made independently by the Chairperson of the Main Management Board. 3. For the validity of letters and documents, the signature of the Chairperson or the Vice-Chairperson of the Main Management Board and the Secretary of the Main Management Board is required. 4. The Main Management Board may grant attorneys-in-fact authority to the appropriate members of branch management boards to incur property obligations.
