Manner of representation

Pursuant to § 29 section 1 of the statutes, externally, the National Trade Union of Employees of the National Bank of Poland is represented by the President of the National Trade Union. Pursuant to § 35 of the statutes, the members of the National Management Board of the Trade Union individually designated by the General Assembly of Delegates are authorized to undertake actions involving incurring obligations, concluding agreements, signing financial and materials-related documents, and performing legal representation. Two persons from among the members of the National Management Board of the Trade Union, individually designated by the General Assembly of Delegates, acting jointly, are authorized to make declarations of will concerning property rights and obligations and to open and close bank accounts, dispose of and grant powers of attorney to dispose of funds in such accounts.
