Związek Owczarka Niemieckiego Długowłosego w Polsce has operated since 1990 and was the first Polish association supporting breeding of the long-haired German Shepherd. It organizes dog shows, runs a presentation group of trained dogs, and works with breeders across Poland. It accepts breeders and members and announces canine events, including the national German Shepherd show.
