Manner of representation

For the validity of a declaration of will, letters and documents concerning the association’s property rights and obligations, the signatures of two persons who are members of the management board are required–the President and the treasurer or secretary. For the validity of other letters and documents, two signatures are required–the President and the treasurer or secretary. The members authorised to sign civil-law agreements are: the President of the association and, additionally, as the second authorised representative of the management board, the treasurer or secretary of the association.
