Manner of representation

For submitting declarations of will concerning the association's proprietary rights and obligations, and for signing agreements and obligations on its behalf, the signatures of the President and a member of the management board, or the Vice-President and the treasurer, are required. 2. For the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of the President or two members of the management board is required. 3. The management board may grant the person holding a managerial position in the office a general power of attorney, including authorisation to carry out ordinary management on behalf of the association.
