Manner of representation

1. The President of the management board, acting jointly with at least one member of the management board, or two members of the management board acting jointly, is authorised to incur financial obligations on behalf of the association and to conclude, in accordance with resolutions of the general meeting of members or of the management board, agreements as well as documents related to financial and material transactions. 2. The validity of other non-financial declarations of will and of letters and documents containing such declarations requires the signature of at least one member of the management board. 3. Each member of the management board is authorised to represent the association externally.
