Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, declarations of will on behalf of the cooperative are made independently by the President of the Management Board or by two attorneys-in-fact. In the case of a multi-member management board, declarations of will on behalf of the cooperative are made by two members of the management board or by one member of the management board and an attorney-in-fact. The declarations referred to above are made by the authorised persons placing their signatures under the name of the cooperative. Written declarations addressed to the cooperative and submitted at its premises or to one of the members of the management board or an attorney-in-fact shall have legal effect with respect to the cooperative.
