Manner of representation

According to the articles of association: § 6 point 5: the President of the Management Board or the secretary of the management board is authorised to represent the association externally; § 4 point 4: documents concerning financial matters are signed by at least two members of the management board, including the President as a mandatory signatory. Other persons who are members may perform legal acts on behalf of the association exclusively on the basis of an attorney-in-fact granted by the management board.
