Overview
Polskie Towarzystwo Geograficzne (PTG) runs the educational project “The Art of Reading the Landscape” במסגרת the Social Responsibility of Science programme, with workshops, lectures and an educational guide. The Society organizes and co-organizes geography conferences and conducts the Competition for Master’s Theses in Geography.

Manner of representation
Pursuant to § 37(1) of the statutes, the management board of PTG manages the day-to-day activities of the society in accordance with the provisions of the statutes and the guidelines and resolutions of the General Assembly of Delegates and the Main Council of PTG. Pursuant to § 61 of the statutes, the following shall be authorised to make declarations concerning the society’s property rights and obligations: point 1, jointly, the Chair of PTG or one of its deputies together with the Treasurer of PTG or the Treasurer’s deputy; and point 2, persons holding appropriate powers of attorney.
