Manner of representation

1. For making declarations of will concerning the club’s property matters, at least two signatures of members of the management board in any combination are required. 2. For disposing of the club’s bank account, the signature of a member of the management board and the person responsible for accounting is required, or, in that person’s absence, the treasurer’s signature. 3. In other matters, each member of the management board acts independently.
