Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will on behalf of the association are made by at least two members of the management board. 2. The management board may grant one member of the management board or another person a power of attorney to perform legal acts connected with managing the day-to-day business activity, as well as a power of attorney to perform acts of a specified type or specific acts. 3. If the employees referred to in § 3 of the articles of association are employed, the employment contract is concluded on behalf of the management board by the President, as the head of the establishment within the meaning of the Labour Code.
