Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board and, under his authorization, the secretary are authorized to represent the association externally. All organizational and administrative letters and documents on behalf of the management board shall be signed by the President or, under his authorization, by the secretary. All letters and documents in which the management board assumes or settles property and financial obligations must bear the signatures of the President and the treasurer or, under their authorization, of designated deputies, as well as the association’s seal.
