Manner of representation

The management board represents the trade union externally. 1. The following are authorised to make declarations of will in property matters: a) the Chairperson of the trade union, b) other persons authorised by the trade union's management board within the scope of the power of attorney granted to them. 2. The joint action of two persons is required to make declarations of will, unless the power of attorney provides otherwise. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of fixed assets, the consent of the trade union's management board is required.
