Manner of representation

1. The President and the treasurer jointly are authorized to sign on behalf of the association all kinds of letters and documents giving rise to financial obligations. In the event of the President’s absence, the letters shall be signed by the Vice-President and the treasurer. In the event of the treasurer’s absence, by a person authorized by the management board by resolution. 2. The President, or the Vice-President together with the secretary, are authorized to sign other letters giving rise to obligations towards the association. In the event of the secretary’s absence, by a person authorized by the management board by resolution. 3. The President, or, during the President’s absence, the Vice-President replacing the President, is authorized to sign letters concerning current matters.
