Manner of representation

The management board represents the Łódź Chess Association externally and acts on its behalf. Documents of the Management Board of the Łódź Chess Association are signed by the President or one of the Vice-Presidents together with the Secretary. In financial matters, particularly matters concerning obligations of any kind, in addition to the signatures of the President and the Secretary, the signature of the treasurer is required. Documents of lesser importance (administrative documents) may be signed by the Secretary alone. For declarations concerning property rights and obligations to be valid, the joint action of two persons is required: the President or Vice-President and the treasurer.
