The Chairman and the second member of the association’s management board, or two members of the management board, are authorised to act on behalf of the association with respect to incurring financial liabilities, signing agreements and financial and material documents, and performing legal representation. 2. The joint action of two persons is required to make declarations of will. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of ordinary management, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting is required.
